Return Policy:

Please contact info@rusticmarlin.com within 7 business days of delivery to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns will not be accepted without an RA#. Carefully review all personalization details before submitting your order. All personalized items are final sale unless the item arrives damaged or the personalization error was made by Rustic Marlin.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to damages or our error. Damaged items are eligible for exchange only and will be replaced with the correct product at no additional cost to the customer. Clear photos showing the damage and the full item must be included with all damage claims. Photos that do not clearly show the issue may delay claim processing.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes for this sale. Any order that is placed to a PO Box will be canceled and refunded.
